Madam or Sir:

During
my Master’s in Marketing in Milan, I had the chance to work in groups on
different business cases for the launch of new products for some important
companies in the FMCG industry, from L’Oréal to Mondelez. I also participated
in the Henkel Innovation Challenge, imagining a cleaning system which could be
suitable for a future scenario of global water shortage. I worked in a team,
where it was important to take timely decisions and to organize the different
responsibilities according to the individual skills.

During
my working experience, I gained translation and communication skills working at the
Areaodeon Association in Italy. I advertised their projects on the website in
English, using captivating catchphrases to improve their online positioning and
visibility.

While
working at Chase Bank in New York, I successfully handled all kind of
transactions involving money and business or personal information for customers
at an administrative level. I was also responsible for the vault custody. I
built strong skills in providing a great customer experience and I developed a
practical expertise in the sales and banking system. I also made a consistent
use of 5 languages since I was in an international environment.

At
Robert Bosch S.p.A., I worked independently as well as in a team, performing
operational marketing and trade marketing tasks. The job required versatility
and the coordination of different projects. I was given the responsibility to
set priorities in order to meet strict deadlines and I often worked under
stressful conditions. For example, I dealt with data mining queries and data
analysis on a daily basis. I had to quickly analyze different statistics
regarding the sales performance of the products in the distribution channels
and to exchange the data with the other business units. I had to optimize the
information and material flow between the marketing division and the sales
force and to contribute to the organization and implementation of promotional
activities and events. I made a consistent use of the SAP system and I focused
on monitoring the E-commerce sales channel (i.e. webshops like Amazon) to
improve sales strategies.

I'm
proficient with Excel, Power Point and in general with the Microsoft Office
Package and I have a good command of Adobe Photoshop and WordPress. I am a communicative team
player with an international background.
